Miło nam poinformować, że inwestycje takie jak Lake House w Zegrzu, Tuwima Gardens w Łodzi, Apartamenty Merliniego w Warszawie, Warszawska Sky w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim oraz Resovia Sky w Rzeszowie realizowane na zlecenie HREIT S.A. są aktualnie realizowane lub zakończono je w całości. Warto dodać, że inwestycje te zostały oparte na naszych badaniach geotechnicznych, które wykonywaliśmy w latach 2020 – 2022.
Dla każdej z inwestycji wykonywaliśmy sondowania CPTU, badania DMT, badania laboratoryjne gruntów fizyczne, wytrzymałościowe i odkształceniowe. Przy jednym z tematów próby gruntu zostały poddane pomiarom prędkości fal sejsmicznych w aparacie trójosiowym w celu wyznaczenia parametrów w zakresie małych odkształceń dla optymalizacji posadowienia.
